Small Milling Plant «Activator»

Small milling plant «Activator»  is designed for  complex processing of mineral  raw materials
"from the quarry"  to the packaging  in order to  release  the product or  recovery  of useful 
 components. The plant capacity of 7 000 tons / month.

  Small milling plant is several (4 pcs.) grinding complexes "Activator C5000" with a total
    capacity of 150 thousand tons per year of building materials for based on cement.
	 
  For the preparation of large-sized raw materials, the mini-plant is completed with a 
    crushing equipment: jaw crushers "Activator".

  The plant for the production of cement and the preparation of cement-based materials is 
    usually located near the consumers.
	 
  A feature of the mini-plant is the possibility of autonomous adjustment of grinding 
    complexes for the release of various types of products.

  Manufacturing flexibility will reduce storage and distribution costs, as well as minimize raw 
    material and energy costs.
