Centrifugical elliptical ball mill «Activator -Ñ1000»

Centrifugical elliptical ball  mill «Activator -C1000» allows to produce finely milled product (20 - 50 μm). 
The  output   capacity   of   mill   «Activator -C1000»    can   reach    800 - 1200 kg/h   grinding 
silica  sand.   Mill  may  grind  various  materials,  including  grinding  clinker,  cement,  (so-called  
cement  activation),  and  other  materials.
  -  Input material is to 5 mm.The smaller the size of input material
the finer the final product is.
	
  -  The fineness of milling depends on the size
     of the input material, its hardness  and 
     technical parameters  of  the  milling. It may 
     be up to 20 - 50 μm.The fineness of milling depends on the

Adding of dispersant may improve the 
quality of milling and facilitate milling
of material to an average particle size

Centrifugical elliptical ball  mill «Activator -C1000»  can be operated  as a  continuous  mixer of bulk 
materials while grinding to finely milled state. 
When  grinding  additives  may  be introduced  to impart  the necessary technological product properties, 
including dispersants, plasticizers, etc.  Mills can be used to produce different materials, including cement 
production by dry and wet methods, milling clinker, activation of cement, milling of minerals, coal, etc.
